I've spent a lot of time in the past year in Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and I always thought there was nothing really great that I could eat offered there. However, when our recent trip down to San Francisco for the holidays was delayed over two hours we set out to find some halfway decent food.
We walked into the Anthony's Restaurant because of their selection of salads, thinking it would be a safe place. When we ordered I explained my food intolerances and our waitress explained that they actually have a gluten free menu! I ordered a crab and grapefruit salad and it was really quiet good.
So if you're ever in the SeaTac Airport, there is one spot you can go that has a gluten free menu!
