Gluten Free & Fresh: Week 9

It's a busy week for me in my job and we just had my dad and step-mom visit, so I haven't really had any time to cook, let alone take pictures of much!

Spinach was put on top of a pizza with goat mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and garlic.  We used Gluten Free Girl & the Chef's recipe here for the crust, the corn flour version.

Blueberries were eaten on top of oatmeal for breakfast.

White Nectarines and Red Haven Plums were eaten as snacks.

Sweet Corn was wrapped in tinfoil and barbecued and Butter Lettuce was chopped up into a salad.

Carrots were juiced.

Broccoli was steamed up and placed over rice for my hubby's lunch.

I still have grand dreams of cooking up the Lacinato Kale, making chocolate muffins with the Zucchini, and I'm not quite sure yet what to do with the Walla Walla Sweet Onions.
