Gluten Free & Fresh: Week 18

It's a testament to my commitment to this blog that I even photographed our delivery this week. Our cute, cuddly, and squirmy little puppy has been demanding much attention.  Her favorite activity seems to be sleeping on our laps. She's going to be an adventure for sure and I'll be posting lots of photos on twitter.

Delicata Squash was roasted and served with Baby Bok Choy sauteed in toasted sesame oil with some millet along side.



Collard Greens were used in my Creamy Polenta recipe with bacon.



Yellow Onions were used in my Easy French Onion Soup recipe.



Leaf Lettuce and Avocados were combined with tomatoes to make a salad.


Bosc Pears were used in a rustic tart.


Garnet Yams were roasted and served with Cameo Apples that were cut up and sauteed with fresh sage and butter.


Arugula was cut up into a bowl of tomatoes, garlic, and pasta.


Satsuma Mandarins are being eaten as delicious snacks during the work day.


Cauliflower will be turned into a mashed potato substitute.
