I'm still loving the whole grain muffin recipe from Gluten Free Girl & the Chef.

Here's what I substituted;

Almond Milk for Buttermilk

Olive Oil for Grapeseed Oil

Here's what I added;

1 1/2 cups blueberries

zest from 1 orange

Simple changes and adjustments for a delicious and fresh treat.
