The beautiful summer days we've been starting to have in Seattle have sure enticed me out to more local restaurants, but that also mean's I've gotten very distracted from updating this blog!  Summer may continue to be a bit os sparse time for posts here, but I'll try to do better!

Gluten Free In Seattle, Washington: Paella in Capitol Hill

Another stop on my Seattle Summer Gluten Free Challenge to myself was Tidbit Bistro in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. We were lucky enough to snag a Groupon to Tidbit and therefore decided to splurge on the Paella for our dinner! We went out on a nice sunny and warm Friday night to 50 North over by University Village. Their menu is all labeled with which options are gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan.  It also specifically notes that most dishes are able to be made gluten, dairy, or egg free.

Now, why I really chose this place as the first stop on my challenge was because they offer gluten free fish and chips!  It's one of my absolute favorite meals and it's incredibly hard to find gluten free. Oh and those fries were awesome.

Seattle Summer Gluten Free Challenge

When I do travel, I'm really forced to put myself out there and try new places to eat out.  But when I'm home in Seattle, I can be a creature of habit.  Going to the same places over and over and over and over.

However, I've been slowly developing a list of places I want to try because I've heard wonderful things about their gluten free offerings. And well, I just love trying new foods!
