I wish I could gather myself together to eat more like Leanne everyday, so I'm starting with this cookbook for the holidays. It's worth it for the tiramisu alone.

I think I find just about everything north of the Arctic circle fascinating and I could talk your ear off about climate change if given the opportunity.

5. Learning to Embrace Travel Challenges on TravelShus

A beautiful and thought provoking piece on Annie's experience in Nepal.

6. Alberta Landscapes on Heyvian

Simply stunning snowy landscapes along the Icefields Parkway in Jasper and Banff National Parks.

7. Tongariro Crossing on Yes To Adventure

I'd love to go back and do this hike in snowy conditions - we trekked this route in the summer but got hit with some wild stormy conditions that obscured many of these great views.
