So we're having Thanksgiving at our house in Seattle this year and we're making a full dinner!
On request of my awesome husband, we'll also be making a green bean casserole dish and I'm thinking about making this recipe with some substitutions for the dairy items. For instance, I think I'll use coconut milk and goat cheese instead.
We'll also make mashed potatoes out of yukon golds with all the fixings.
On the dessert front, right now I'm thinking about making this recipe for pecan pie.
