Gluten Free In Seattle, Washington: Farmers Market Finds

At the Ballard Farmers Market I ran across a new vendor that is all about gluten free and generally allergy friendly baked goodies!  Platypus Breads makes a couple of different breads and we picked up the Rosemary Garlic loaf.  And let me tell you, it is AMAZING! Super fluffy and incredibly flavorful.  I will definitely be picking up this one again!

At the Fremont Farmers Market I picked up a Hot Cake, the molten chocolate variety in dark decadence.  They're made by Autumn Martin and they're gluten free but contain eggs and butter. I've had these a couple of times and they're amazing!
