Gluten Free & Fresh: Week 17

I don't know why, but ever since we moved to Seattle all of the broccoli we buy seems to be infested with these little grey bugs.  I had never encountered these in california, but it sure makes me sad!  I ended up throwing away 1 of the 3 crowns we got in our box this week.



Russet Potatoes and Broccoli were roasted.


Cameo Apples, Winesap Apples, Oranges, Satsuma Mandarins, and Anjou Pears were eaten.

Collard Greens were used in my Creamy Polenta recipe.

Rainbow Chard was tossed with meyer lemon infused olive oil and sauteed.

Spaghetti Squash and Leaf Lettuce was used to make a salad for my hubby's dinner at work.

Carrots, Celery, Yellow Onions, and Fennel have yet to find their dish!
