1 large navel orange
1 container of your favorite yogurt (I use Bellwether Farms plain sheep milk yogurt)
1/4 cup brown rice flakes (I use Eden Organics)
2 tsp chia seeds
Carefully cut the orange peel away from the orange and then slice in 1 inch chunks*.
Place the chunks in a bowl and top with yogurt, brown rice flakes, and chia seeds.
Stir together and enjoy!
*I do this by slicing off the top and bottom off the orange, working my way around the orange cutting off the peel in vertical slices, then making 4 cuts around the core to avoid the seeds, and cutting those pieces into 1 inch chunks.
