Okay, I've settled on it. This is my favorite savory topped pizza, with pineapple being my favorite sweet topped pizza.
4 large kale leaves, washed and torn into 2 inch pieces
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 stick goat mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup pizza sauce
whole grain gluten free pizza crust using this recipe
After following the instructions for the pizza crust.
Top with pizza sauce, half the shredded cheese, then the kale and tomato, and then the second half of the cheese on top.
Bake until the cheese is as you like it!
